Frequently asked questions

No. All users in an organization must be on the same plan. However, if your organization is on the Premium Plan, you have an unlimited number of guest seats, which is free, to assign users to.

No. All users in an organization need to be on the same annual or monthly plan.

It means that you can add as many users as you need, whereas organizations on the Free Plan are limited to 10 users. Take note that you'll be billed on a per seat basis for each user in a full seat. Learn more about our pricing.

If your organization is on the Premium Plan, you'll be charged for each full seat added to your organization on an annual or monthly basis. If you add full seats midway through your billing cycle, you'll be charged a prorated amount for each seat. You'll only be able to reduce the number of available full seats within 28 days of the renewal date of your annual billing cycle.

On the web app, you'll see a button in the menu on the left-hand side to purchase the Premium Plan if your organization isn't on a paid plan. If you're using the mobile app, you'll see "Free account" under your user details in the "More" tab.

If your organization is on the Free Plan, users can start an unlimited number of inspections.

If your organization is on the Premium Plan or Enterprise Plan, the number of inspections users can start depends on their seat type. Users in full seats can start an unlimited number of inspections, whereas users in guest seats and lite seats are limited.
