Move templates to folders

Learn how to move templates to folders via the web app.

Why use template folders?

We understand that when you have a lot of templates, it can be time-consuming to search for the right one every time you need to conduct an inspection. With template folders, you can categorize your templates for easy access, either by your frequency of usage or the type of work you're doing.

Take note

  • The template folders feature is only available on the web app.

  • Each template can only be in one folder. If a template is already in a folder, moving it to a new one will remove it from its current folder.

  • Once a template is moved to a folder, it will be hidden from the template list. However, you can still search for the template using the search bar and filters.

  • Templates that you've been given external access to can't be moved to folders.
