Export issue reports as PDF
Learn how to export issue reports as PDF via the web app and the mobile app.
What are issue reports?
Issue reports are documents that you can view and share with stakeholders, accounting for all the details and timeline activities of each issue. Depending on how you'd like to share an issue report, you can either generate a public link that anyone can access for a real-time view or export one as PDF for record-keeping.
What you'll need
Export an issue report as PDF
Select Issues from the menu on the left-hand side.
Filter and sort the issue list to find the issue.
Click the issue.
In the side panel, click
PDF below the "Due date" field.
Open the mobile app.
Tap on Issues at the bottom of your screen. If you see
Training at the bottom of your screen, tap
More and select Issues.
Filter and sort the issue list to find the issue.
Tap the issue.
In the issue timeline, tap Add details at the upper-right corner of your screen.
Tap View report below the "Due date" field.
This should open the issue report in your default web browser. Tap
PDF on the top of the page. You may be prompted to confirm the download and select where you want to save the PDF file.
