If your organization is on the Premium Plan, you'll be charged for each full seat added to your organization on an annual or monthly basis. You'll only be able to reduce the number of available full seats within 28 days of the renewal date of your annual billing cycle.
On the web app, you'll see a button in the menu on the left-hand side to purchase the Premium Plan if your organization isn't on a paid plan. If you're using the mobile app, you'll see "Free account" under your user details in the "More" tab.
If your organization is on the Free Plan, users can start an unlimited number of inspections.
If your organization is on the Premium Plan or Enterprise Plan, the number of inspections users can start depends on their seat type. Users in full seats can start an unlimited number of inspections, whereas users in guest seats and lite seats are limited.
On the Free Plan, your organization has a shared cloud storage limit of 5GB. This storage is used for all media uploads, such as images, videos, and documents, across various features like Inspections, Actions, Issues, and Documents.
The 5GB limit applies to all users within your organization, meaning everyone shares the same storage. Most customers shouldn't reach this limit, but if your organization reaches it, you can either manage existing storage by deleting unnecessary files or upgrade to a Premium Plan for increased storage capacity.
