Which media files are supported in SafetyCulture?

You can only upload videos of up to three minutes in length and 1.5GB in size. If your video's length exceeds three minutes:

• Web app and Android: The video must be trimmed before uploading. Otherwise, the upload will fail.

• iOS: You'll be prompted to trim the video as part of the upload process.

The following size limitations apply when uploading images and documents:

• Templates, Inspections, Issues, Actions, Assets: Images up to 10MB and PDFs up to 20MB are supported.

• Reporting issues via QR code: Images up to 10MB and videos up to 30 seconds in length or 100MB in size are supported.

• Heads Up: Images and PDFs up to 50MB are supported.

• Report layouts: Images up to 5MB are supported.

• Converting documents to SafetyCulture templates: Documents up to 4MB are supported.

Images are converted to JPEG/JPG files when they're uploaded via the mobile app.
