This article outlines which media files are supported in SafetyCulture.
Why upload media files in SafetyCulture?
Media files in Training and Heads Up make the content more engaging. Likewise, including images and documents in Templates and Assets make them more informative. These files are also crucial when users in your organization perform inspections, report issues, and create actions as they provide some necessary details for these operations.
You cannot upload files that exceed the size limit. An error message will pop up to let you know when a file you're trying to upload is larger than it should be.

For Documents, video files can be up to 5GB or 10 minutes long. Meanwhile, Training currently supports the following:
Videos and PPT files up to 100MB
MP3 files up to 40MB
SCORM files up to 500MB
Course briefcase documents up to 60MB
