Troubleshooting guide
If you’re having trouble uploading media files in SafetyCulture, you can try the following tips for each file:
Check the file’s format and size to ensure it’s supported.
If the file is large, upload may take longer, especially on poor internet connections. Ensure you have a stable internet connection and try again.
If a file exceeds the size limit, try compressing it or splitting it into smaller parts. For the mobile app on iOS devices, the photos you upload are automatically compressed to ensure it’s within the upload limit.
For issues on the mobile app, please first ensure you're using the latest version of the SafetyCulture app on your Android or iOS device.
If you're still having trouble uploading files after following the troubleshooting guide, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
