¿Qué puedo ver en el perfil de un activo?
Dependiendo del nivel de detalle añadido a un activo, su perfil puede ser su fuente única de información para todo lo que necesita saber sobre el activo. Esto incluye su aspecto, sus datos, como las fechas de vencimiento o de registro, cualquier documento e imagen asociados, y todas las actividades relevantes, como las inspecciones y las acciones.
Please note that viewing asset profiles is not supported while your device is offline.
Ver el perfil de un activo
Select
Activos from the menu on the left-hand side.Find the asset you want to view. You can choose how you want to view your assets by selecting between
Tabla, 
Galería, and 
Mapa on the upper-right of the page.Click the asset.
On the asset profile page, you'll find the following details and options available to you:
Start inspection: The option to start an inspection and have the asset question pre-filled. If the asset is added to a site, the site will also be pre-filled in the inspection.
Create action: The option to create an action and have the asset field pre-filled. If the asset is added to a site, the site will also be pre-filled in the action.
Map: The last location of the conducted inspection associated with this asset.
View all details: Information including the asset's unique ID, name, last inspection location, and any fields associated with the asset's type. If you have the "Asset management" permission, you can edit the asset.
Images and Documents: Media files associated with the asset, such as registration records. If you have the "Asset management" permission, you can upload documents and images.
To do: The list of to-do items associated with the asset, including scheduled inspections, open actions, and in progress inspections. Please note that only inspection schedules that are assigned to you are shown.
All activity: The list of activities associated with the asset, such as inspections and actions.
Open the mobile app.
Tap
Más at the lower-right corner of your screen.Select
Activos from the list of options.Find the asset you want to view. You can choose how you want to view your assets by switching between
List and Galería on the upper-left of your screen.Tap the asset.
On the asset profile screen, you'll find the following details and options available to you:
