¿Cómo funcionan las notificaciones de la cuenta?
Las notificaciones de la cuenta le ayudan a estar al tanto de las actualizaciones importantes y las acciones que requieren su atención, alertándole cuando ocurren eventos clave en su cuenta. Puede recibir notificaciones por correo electrónico, notificaciones automáticas, la página de contenido de la aplicación o por SMS, y personalizar los ajustes de sus notificaciones para elegir cómo y dónde reciben las notificaciones usted y su equipo. Esto le permite actuar con rapidez, seguir el progreso y mantener el trabajo en marcha sin perderse actualizaciones críticas.

Algunas notificaciones, como los recordatorios de facturación, se envían en función de sus permisos en una organización y no se pueden desactivar.
Lo que necesitarás
Si tiene Permiso de "Administración de plataformas: Usuarios", también puede ajustar las notificaciones para usuarios individuales fuera de los ajustes de notificaciones a nivel de organización.
Ver notificaciones
Haga clic en Notificaciones en la parte derecha de la barra superior.
En la pestaña de "Todas", puede ver todas las notificaciones recibidas en su cuenta, incluidas las de hoy y las anteriores.
También puede marcar cada notificación como leída o no leída:
Marcar como leído: haga clic en la notificación para marcarla como leída. También puede hacer clic enen la parte derecha de la notificación y seleccionar Marcar como leído . Si quiere marcar toda la lista como leída, haga clic en Marcar todo como leído en la esquina superior derecha de la página.
Marcar como no leído: haga clic enen el lado derecho de la notificación y seleccione Marcar como no leído .

Si ha instalado la aplicación móvil por primera vez y desea recibir notificaciones automáticas, simplemente toqueen la parte superior derecha de la pantalla de inicio para recibir el aviso que le pedirá activar las notificaciones; si no, también puede activarlas manualmente en su dispositivo Android o iOS. Este paso no es obligatorio en dispositivos con Android 12 o versiones anteriores.
Personalizar notificaciones
Seleccione Notificaciones en el lado derecho de la barra superior.
Haga clic enen la parte superior derecha de la página.
En la sección de "Canales", active o desactive las notificaciones por correo electrónico, SMS y push, y luego confirme los cambios cuando se le solicite.

En la sección «Ajustes», configure sus ajustes de notificación.
Haga clic en Guardar cambios y, a continuación, haga clic en Guardar y aplicar en la ventana emergente.
Si algunos o todos los ajustes de notificación aparecen en gris o no se pueden editar, el administrador de su organización ha aplicado esos ajustes. Póngase en contacto con su administrador si necesita cambiarlos.
Si desea recibir notificaciones por mensaje de texto, deberá añadir su número de teléfono móvil a su cuenta y verificarlo.
Añadir un número de teléfono móvil y recibir notificaciones por SMS no está disponible para las organizaciones en Plan Gratuitoo que están probando Plan Premium.

SMS notification regional restrictions
Unsupported regions
In compliance with local law and regulations, SMS notifications are not supported for phone numbers registered in the following countries and territories:

In some cases, SMS notifications may still be received, but local carriers generally either completely block the notifications or mark them as spam.
Banned regions
SafetyCulture doesn't support SMS notifications for phone numbers registered in the following countries, to protect against fraud and abuse. If your number is registered in one of these countries, you also won't be able to add it to your account, as a verification code sent via SMS is required to confirm your number.

Grouped notification support
To help make notifications more meaningful and reduce unnecessary noise and repetitiveness, notifications of the same type that are triggered within 5 minutes of each other are automatically grouped into a single notification. Each grouped notification will include all relevant details from each individual notification in an organized, easy-to-read format.

* Las notificaciones "Acciones: Comentarios añadidos" y "Acciones: Archivos multimedia añadidos" se agrupan por acción, no en varias acciones. Por ejemplo:
Si se realizaron varios comentarios en una sola acción en un plazo de 5 minutos, se agruparán en una sola notificación, con un botón o interacción para que el destinatario abra la acción.
Si se han hecho comentarios en acciones distintas, no se agruparán en una sola notificación. Las notificaciones se seguirán enviando por separado por acción.
^ "Acciones: Asignadas en masa" y "Acciones: Actualizadas en masa" no están sujetas al retraso de 5 minutos desde el momento de la activación, ya que todas las acciones que deben agruparse se capturan como parte de la operación en masa.
