Erfahren Sie, wie Sie über die Web-App Aktionen für Assetwartungspläne erstellen können.Die Funktion zur vorbeugenden Wartung von Anlagen befindet sich derzeit im Early Access. Wenn Sie daran interessiert sind, rufen Sie die Web-App auf und wählen Sie 
Assets aus dem Menü auf der linken Seite. Wählen Sie Wartung auf der Registerkarte oben auf der Seite und klicken Sie auf Frühen Zugriff erhalten.

Warum sollte ich Aktionen für Assetwartungspläne erstellen?
Aktionen in SafetyCulture sind Aufgaben, die Sie zuweisen können, um die Arbeit in Ihrer Organisation zu koordinieren und zu verfolgen. Bei der Instandhaltung von Assetshelfen sie den Teams zu reagieren, wenn ein Plan bald fällig oder überfällig ist oder erforderliche Details wie Ablesungen fehlen. Sie können auch verwendet werden, um Arbeiten im Voraus zu planen und den Teams klare Anweisungen zu geben, bevor die Wartung offiziell fällig ist. Teams können Aktionen nutzen, um ungewöhnliche Nutzungsmuster zu untersuchen, manuelle Prüfungen durchzuführen oder Verzögerungen zu beheben. Diese Flexibilität macht Aktionen zu einem wichtigen Bestandteil der Aufrechterhaltung von Transparenz und Verantwortlichkeit sowohl bei geplanter als auch bei reaktiver Wartung.
Sie können in SafetyCulture wiederkehrende Aktionen erstellen, diese Option steht jedoch derzeit nicht zur Verfügung, wenn Aktionen aus einem Wartungsplan hinzugefügt werden. Jede wartungsbezogene Aktion muss einzeln erstellt werden.
Erstellen einer Aktion für einen Wartungsplan
Select
Assets in the sidebar or select it in 
Mehr.Select Wartung from the tab at the top of the page.
Select the maintenance plan you want to create an action for.
In the side panel, click
Aktion erstellen at the center of the page.Complete the following action details:
Select the action type.
Enter a title and description.
Set the priority.
Choose a due date and time.
Assign the action to users or groups.
Add relevant labels for the action.
Fill in custom fields if available.
Click Erstellen on the lower-right of the page.
View the new action and other actions linked to the plan.
Open the mobile app.
Tap
Mehr and select Assets.Tap the asset you want to create an action for.
Tap the Wartung tab.
Select the maintenance plan and tap
Aktion erstellen.Complete the following action details:
Select the action type.
Enter a title and description.
Set the priority.
Choose a due date and time.
Assign the action to users or groups.
Add relevant labels for the action.
Fill in custom fields if available.
Tap Erstellen on the upper-right of the screen.
View the new action and other actions linked to the plan.
