Why check a Heads Up's acknowledgments?

Heads Ups are a great way to communicate with your workers, especially when they're based across different locations. By checking the acknowledgment rate of Heads Ups, you can ensure that each recipient has read your message and send reminders to those who haven't.

Acknowledgment is not available for people who view Heads Ups via external links. If you want them to acknowledge Heads Ups, consider adding them to your organization as users.

Check a Heads Up's acknowledgments

  1. Log in to the web app.

  2. Select Heads Up from the menu on the left-hand side.

  3. Select the Manage Heads Up tab on the top of the page.

  4. Click the Heads Up.

  5. On this page, you can see the assignee list and check who has and hasn't viewed and acknowledged the Heads Up. You also have the options to: Check a Heads Ups acknowledgments via the web app.

    • Check the box of anyone who hasn't acknowledged the Heads Up and click Send iconRemind on the lower-right to remind them.

    • Export the list to CSV by clicking image on the list's upper-right and selecting Download CSV.

Frequently asked questions

When a Heads Up is assigned to a group, the users in the group at the time of publishing become assignees. If users are added to the group after publishing, they won't become assignees.

Additionally, if users are removed from the group or your organization, they'll still appear on the Heads Up assignee list for record-keeping.
