What is AI Assistant credit usage?
AI Assistant usage in SafetyCulture is measured in credits, a unit that tracks how much AI activity each user generates within a billing month. Each user on a full seat has an included monthly credit allocation as part of their plan. Overage is any usage beyond that allocation. Users on lite or guest seats have no included allocation, so their usage always sounds as overage.
If your organization is on Premium Plan or Enterprise Plan, credits reset at the start of your organization's billing cycle. For example, if your plan renews on June 26, your usage window runs June 26 to July 25. If your organization is on Free Plan, credits still reset monthly.
Users with "Platform management: Billing" permission can view credit usage across the organization, see how much each user has used within any billing month, and check the organization's next reset date on the usage page.
