Learn how to filter inspection data by responses in Analytics via the web app.
What does it mean to filter inspections by responses?
Filtering inspections by responses makes it easier to find the information you need without going through every inspection manually. By narrowing results to specific answers, you can quickly identify trends, spot recurring issues, and track key outcomes. This helps you focus on the most relevant data, whether you're analyzing flagged responses, monitoring compliance, or looking for patterns in your team's performance. With more precise filtering, reporting becomes faster, decision-making is more informed, and taking action on critical insights is easier than ever.
Filter inspections by a response
Select
Données analytiques from the menu on the left-hand side.
Configure your chart accordingly.
Click
Ajouter un filtre and select Question and response.
Search for a question, then select or enter the response you want to filter with.
Click Terminé.
Click Enregistrer le graphique on the upper-right of the page to save the changes to the chart.
Click Enregistrer on the upper-right of the page to save the changes to your dashboard.
Limitations
You can only enter up to 250 characters or 25 words when searching for a question and response.
The following special characters are supported:
$, %, ., _, -,
and#
.For character-based languages, only Chinese, Japanese, and Korean are supported.
FAQ
The filter reflects the latest published changes in your template. For example, if you update a question's response type from multiple choice to text answer, the filter will only allow you to enter a text answer.
All published changes in your template will be reflected when using the filter. This means that any deleted section, question, or page will no longer be searchable even if you have existing inspections with the deleted elements.a
The filter includes all inspections that match any of the selected or entered responses. For example, if you select "Critical" and "High", the results will show all inspections where either response was selected.
The same applies when filtering by multiple questions.
