Importar plantillas de colecciones de plantillas
Aprenda a importar plantillas desde las colecciones de plantillas de la Biblioteca compartida de su organización a través de la aplicación web.
¿Qué es la Biblioteca compartida?
La Biblioteca compartida es una biblioteca centralizada de plantillas y colecciones de plantillas, a la que pueden acceder otras organizaciones con las que trabaja con frecuencia. Puede crear y gestionar colecciones de plantillas para compartir desde una sola ubicación, incluida la capacidad de restringir la edición del contenido de la plantilla.
Con una biblioteca centralizada, las personas con las que colabora pueden encontrar fácilmente las plantillas que necesitan sin buscar en múltiples fuentes. Cabe destacar que la Biblioteca compartida es distinta de nuestra Biblioteca pública, que está diseñada para el acceso público a las plantillas.
1. Aceptar una invitación a una colección de plantillas
Depending on how an organization shares a template collection with you, you may receive an email to accept the template collection invite. If the template collection has been shared with you via email, click Aceptar in the email.
After opening the template collection invite link, log in to the web app.
In the pop-up window, click
Aceptar uso compartido.
2. Importar una plantilla de una colección de plantillas
Select Plantillas from the menu on the left-hand side.
Select Biblioteca compartida at the top of the page.
In the "Available" tab, click download on the template's right-hand side. You can also import multiple templates at a time by checking each template's box on the left-hand side and clicking
Importar at the bottom of the page.
Once an organization shares a template collection with you, any changes they make to that collection will automatically be reflected in your "Available" tab.
Preguntas frecuentes
No, a separate copy of the template is imported each time you click Import. If you want to update a template, you can delete and re-import the template again. You could also edit the imported template if the template collection doesn't have editing restrictions enabled.
