Set up scoring for custom response sets

Learn how to set up scoring for custom response sets in templates via the web app and the mobile app.

How does scoring work for custom response sets?

By setting up scoring at the custom response set level, you can customize each response's score value depending on its importance. Score values can be assigned or removed from each response in a custom response set. Changes apply to all questions that use the custom response set.

When it's not relevant, you can also remove scoring from your responses or disable scoring from the template entirely to ensure you only get to record what's needed.

You can also change the score values for questions in your template.

Published changes made to templates only apply to new inspections moving forward.
