How does scoring work for custom response sets?
When you set up scoring at the custom response set level, you control how each response contributes to the overall score by assigning values based on importance. This ensures that updates to the response set automatically apply across all questions using it, helping you maintain consistency and capture more meaningful results.
When scoring isn't relevant, you can remove scores from individual responses or turn scoring off from the template to record only the necessary information.

You can also change the score values for questions in your template.
Changes made to a custom response set's scoring apply to all questions that use the same custom response set.
