What are onboarding workflows?

Onboarding allows you to combine required training courses and credential qualifications into a single, structured workflow. It guides workers through everything they need to complete before starting their roles. This gives you more confidence that your workers have the right skills, knowledge, and qualifications to execute their job safely and meet compliance standards.

You can add draft courses to your onboarding worklow. When the onboarding worklow is published, any draft courses included will be published automatically.
