Warum soll ich Fragen mit Antworttyp "Berechnung" erstellen?

Die Verwendung von Fragen mit Antworttyp "Berechnung" ermöglicht es Ihrem Team, Fragen auf der Grundlage zuvor ausgewählter Antworten im Rahmen von Inspektionen automatisch zu beantworten. Das bedeutet genauere Daten für Sie und mehr Zeit für Ihr Team, seine tägliche Arbeit zu erledigen.

In Kombination mit Zahlenantworten können Berechnungsantworten zu einer leistungsstarken Möglichkeit werden, gängige Arbeitsabläufe zu automatisieren und mögliche Fehler bei der Durchführung von Inspektionen zu reduzieren.

Fragen mit Antworttyp "Berechnung" können nicht als erforderlich markiert werden.

  1. Log in to the web app.

  2. Select Vorlagen from the menu on the left-hand side.

  3. Click the template and select Vorlage bearbeiten in the side panel.

  4. Add a new number response question or select an existing one.

  5. Under the question, click Nummer on the right-hand side of "Format" and select Berechnung from the dropdown menu.

  6. In the side panel, create a calculation formula:

    • You can type $ followed by a question's label to use it in your formula.

    • You can also use mathematical symbols as part of your formula: + to add, - to subtract, * to multiply, / to divide, and ** for exponentiation.

  7. Click Speichern und anwenden.

  8. Click Veröffentlichen on the upper-right of the page to publish the template. If you're not ready to publish the template, you can go back to the template list and publish the changes when you're ready.

  1. Open the mobile app.

  2. Tap Inspektionen at the bottom of your screen.

  3. Select the Vorlagen tab at the top of your screen.

  4. Tap the template and select Vorlage bearbeiten from the pop-up options.

  5. Add a new number response question or select an existing one.

  6. Under the question, tap image on the right-hand side of "Number" and tap Nummer next to "Format".

  7. On this page, select Berechnung.
