What are my AI credit options?
Every organization gets included and gifted AI credits to use for free. Once those credits run out, you choose how to pay for any AI usage beyond them. A credit subscription gives you prepaid, discounted credits billed on a regular monthly or annual cycle, which works best if you expect steady or higher AI use and want predictable costs. You buy credits in packs at the organization level. An overage limit is pay-as-you-go, where you're only charged for AI usage that goes beyond your credits, which suits occasional or unpredictable use.

Add a credit subscription pack
Click your organization name on the lower-left corner of the page and select Facturation.
Click Utilisation at the top of the page.
Click Ajouter un abonnement avec crédit at the bottom of the page.
In the pop-up window, select a credit subscription pack and the total number of credits you want.
Click Mettre à jour l'abonnement.
A new credit subscription pack takes effect immediately, is charged pro-rata for the rest of the current billing cycle, then at the full rate each cycle. You receive the full credits regardless of when you buy.
Update credit subscription packs
Cliquez sur le nom de votre organisation en bas à gauche de la page et sélectionnez Facturation.
Cliquez sur Utilisation en haut de la page.
Cancel a credit subscription
If you cancel your credit subscription, it stops at the end of your current billing cycle. You keep the credits you've already paid for until the cycle ends, and unused subscription credits don't roll over to the next cycle. After your subscription ends, any AI usage beyond your included and gifted credits is charged through your overage limit, if you have one set.
Click your organization name on the lower-left corner of the page and select Facturation.
Click Utilisation at the top of the page.
In "Credit subscription", click Manage.
In the pop-up window, click Cancel credit subscription.
In the pop-up window, click Confirmer.
