Assign or unassign company managers

Learn how to assign or unassign users as company managers via the web app.

The Companies feature is currently in Early Access. If you're interested, go to the web app, select Sociétés from your organization name on the lower-left corner, and click Get Early Access.

Is Companies not in your menu? Reach out to your Customer Success Manager to express your interest.

What is a company manager?

A company manager is someone from a contractor company who is responsible for managing their company profile and handling administrative tasks on behalf of your organization. As a company manager, they can upload and maintain documents, keep information accurate and up to date, and ensure it meets your organization’s compliance requirements. This helps contractor companies stay accountable for their own records, reducing administrative work for your team.

You can assign a company manager while adding a new company.

  1. Log in to the web app.

  2. Click your organization name on the lower-left corner of the page and select Companies.

  3. Select a company.

  4. Click Utilisateurs tab in the company profile.

  5. Click More vertical icon on the right-hand side of the user's row and select Lock iconAssign as company manager.

Unassign a company manager

  1. Log in to the web app.

  2. Click your organization name on the lower-left corner of the page and select Companies.

  3. Select a company.

  4. Click Utilisateurs tab in the company profile.

  5. Click More vertical icon on the right-hand side of the company manager and select Lock iconAssign as member. By default, members will not be able to view the company profile.
