Gestionar perfiles de empresa
Aprenda a gestionar perfiles de empresas a través de la aplicación web.
The Companies feature is currently in Early Access. If you're interested, go to the web app, select Empresas from your organization name on the lower-left corner, and click Get Early Access.
Is Companies not in your menu? Reach out to your Customer Success Manager to express your interest.
What are company profiles?
Every company profile is a centralized space for managing contractor companies within your organization. You can easily view and update key company details to maintain accurate records for accessible communication. Additionally, you can add and manage users tied to the contractor, track their activity, and store critical company documents for compliance. This ensures your team efficiently oversees contractor relationships, maintains compliance, and collaborates seamlessly with your contractor network.
Edit a company profile
Click your organization name on the lower-left corner of the page and select Empresas.
Select a company.
Click Edit profile on the upper right-hand side of the page.
Update the company details accordingly.
Click Guardar.
If you have Permiso de "Administración de plataformas: Usuarios", you can add existing or new users to a company.
Add a user to a company
Click your organization name on the lower-left corner of the page and select Empresas.
Select a company.
Click Usuarios tab in the company profile.
Click
Añadir usuarios on the upper-right of the user list.
In the side panel, click the dropdown menu and select a user.
Click Hecho.
Click Guardar y aplicar.
You can add users in your company and assign them as company managers or members.
Remove a user from a company
Click your organization name on the lower-left corner of the page and select Empresas.
Select a company.
Click Usuarios tab in the company profile.
Click
on the right-hand side of the user's row and select
Remove user from company.
View a company user’s activity
Click your organization name on the lower-left corner of the page and select Empresas.
Select a company.
Click User activity tab in the company profile.
In this tab, you can view the relevant actions, issues, and inspections associated with each user.
You can also view and manage company documents directly from the company profile.
