Delete my SafetyCulture account
Learn how to delete your SafetyCulture (formerly iAuditor) account.
Take note
You can only request to have your own SafetyCulture account deleted.
If you've been invited to join another organization and just need to free up your account email, you can accept the invite instead.
By requesting to have your SafetyCulture account deleted, you understand that all SafetyCulture data in your current organization will be permanently removed.
Delete my SafetyCulture account
Prepare your SafetyCulture account for deletion by ensuring:
Your account has the "admin" permission. If your organization is on the Free Plan, you'll have the "Admin" permission by default.
Your account is the only account in your organization. If there are other users in your organization, you can either remove all other users or have another user remove you from the organization.
Your organization is on the Free Plan. If your organization is on the Premium Plan, you can cancel and downgrade the plan.
