Share Heads Ups externally
Learn how to share Heads Ups externally via the web app.
What are Heads Up web links?
Heads Up web links are links or URLs that you can create for each Heads Up and share with anyone. Sharing Heads Ups with team members that don't use SafetyCulture allows them to view Heads Ups without creating an account. As part of sharing, you can ensure that external users are up to date with the latest information.
Take note
You can share Heads Ups externally in two ways:
When creating new Heads Ups.
When managing existing Heads Ups.
Acknowledgment is not available for people who view Heads Ups via external links. If you want them to acknowledge Heads Ups, consider adding them to your organization as users in guest seats.
