Why restore archived inspections?

Sometimes, you might find yourself deliberately archiving completed inspections to clean up your digital space or accidentally archiving inspections and needing them again later. Either way, restoring archived inspections preserves your past reports and safeguards your organization against data loss.

To get the data from your archived inspections, you can also export them individually or in bulk as PDF, Word, Excel, or CSV files.

What you'll need

Restore an archived inspection

  1. Log in to the web app.

  2. Select Inspections from the menu on the left-hand side.

  3. Select Archive from the tab on the top of the page.

  4. Click image next to an inspection, and select Restore iconRestore. Restore archived inspections via the web app.
