Answer issue custom questions
Learn how to answer issue custom questions via the web app and the mobile app.
What are issue custom questions?
Issue custom questions guide the user to know what issue details they need to record. Depending on the custom question, each user will see questions requiring them to answer and capture crucial information.
What you'll need
Take note
Multiple-selection is not supported for multiple-choice questions, meaning users can only select one response for each question.
Users must have SafetyCulture version 22.34 or later to view and answer issue multiple-choice questions.
Answer an issue custom question
Select Issues from the menu on the left-hand side.
Report an issue or filter and sort the issue list to narrow down the results.
Click the issue.
In the issue timeline, select the custom question at the bottom and answer accordingly.
Open the mobile app.
Tap on Issues at the bottom of your screen. If you see
Training at the bottom of your screen, tap
More and select Issues.
Report an issue or filter and sort the issue list to narrow down the results. You can also report an issue by scanning the issue QR code.
Tap the issue.
In the issue timeline, select the custom question and answer accordingly.
