What are issue fields and custom questions?

Issue fields and custom questions guide users to know what details they need to record when reporting an issue. Fields and custom questions can be set as required, allowing users to further understand what information is critical for each issue, and capture this accordingly.

Multiple-selection is not supported for multiple-choice questions, which means you can only select one response for each question.

Answer an issue custom question

  1. Log in to the web app.

  2. Select Issues iconIssues from the menu on the left-hand side.

  3. Report an issue or filter and sort the issue list to narrow down the results.

  4. Click the issue.

  5. On the "Overview" tab, click image in the "Questions" section. Answer issue custom questions via the web app.

  6. Enter your responses for each question accordingly.

  7. Click Save.

  1. Open the mobile app.

  2. Tap Issues iconIssues at the bottom of your screen. If you see Training iconTraining at the bottom of your screen, tap Assets gallery view iconMore and select Issues iconIssues.

  3. Report an issue or filter and sort the issue list to narrow down the results. You can also report an issue by scanning an issue QR code.

  4. Tap the issue.

  5. On the "Overview" tab, tap image in the "Questions" section. Answer issue custom questions via the mobile app.

  6. Enter your responses for each question accordingly.

  7. Tap Save.
