Answer issue custom questions
Learn how to answer issue custom questions via the web app and the mobile app.
What are issue fields and custom questions?
Issue fields and custom questions guide users to know what details they need to record when reporting an issue. Fields and custom questions can be set as required, allowing users to further understand what information is critical for each issue, and capture this accordingly.
What you'll need
Multiple-selection is not supported for multiple-choice questions, which means you can only select one response for each question.
Answer issue custom questions
Select
Issues from the menu on the left-hand side.
Report an issue or filter and sort the issue list to narrow down the results.
Click the issue.
On the "Overview" tab, click
in the "Questions" section.
Enter your responses for each question accordingly.
Click Save.
Open the mobile app.
Tap
Issues at the bottom of your screen. If you see
Training at the bottom of your screen, tap
More and select
Issues.
Report an issue or filter and sort the issue list to narrow down the results. You can also report an issue by scanning an issue QR code.
Tap the issue.
On the "Overview" tab, tap
in the "Questions" section.
Enter your responses for each question accordingly.
Tap Save.
