View and share issue reports

Learn how to view and share issue reports via the web app and the mobile app.

What are issue reports?

Issue reports are documents that you can view and share with stakeholders, accounting for all the details and timeline activities for each issue. Depending on how you'd like to share an issue report, you can either generate a public link that anyone can access for a real-time view or export one as a PDF for record-keeping.

Take note

  • When an issue web report link is generated, this remains active indefinitely until someone disables the link or deletes the relevant issue.

  • Once the link of an issue report is disabled, the next link that gets generated will be a new link. You would need to share the new link again for stakeholders to view.
