View and share issue reports

Learn how to view and share issue reports via the web app and the mobile app.

What are issue reports?

Issue reports are documents that you can view and share with stakeholders, accounting for all the details and timeline activities for each issue. Depending on how you'd like to share an issue report, you can either generate a public link that anyone can access for a real-time view or export one as a PDF for record-keeping.

Public issue links are different from issue report links. The former offers an uneditable view of an issue timeline, allowing stakeholders to stay up-to-date about issues relevant to them as they’re being resolved. Whereas the latter offers an issue report and allows stakeholders to download everything as a PDF.

When an issue web report link is generated, this remains active until someone disables the link or deletes the relevant issue. Once the link of an issue report is disabled, the next link that gets generated will be a new link. You would need to share the new link again for stakeholders to view.

View and share an issue report

  1. Log in to the web app.

  2. Select Issues iconIssues from the menu on the left-hand side.

  3. Select the issue with the report you want to view and share.

  4. Click image on the upper-right of the page.

  5. Select File report iconView report. The report opens in a new tab.

  6. Click Link iconShare on the upper-right of the page.

  7. Click Copy content iconCopy to copy a link to the report.

  1. Open the mobile app.

  2. Tap on Issues iconIssues at the bottom of your screen. If you see Training iconTraining at the bottom of your screen, tap Assets gallery view iconMore and select Issues iconIssues.

  3. Tap the issue with the report you want to view and share.

  4. In the issue profile, tap image on the upper-right corner.

  5. Select Download iconView report. The report opens in your default browser.

  6. Tap Link iconShare on the upper-right of your screen. Share issue report via the mobile app.

  7. Tap Copy content iconCopy to copy a link to the report.

  1. Log in to the web app.

  2. Select Issues iconIssues from the menu on the left-hand side.

  3. Select an issue.

  4. Click image on the upper-right of the page.

  5. Select File report iconView report. The report opens in a new tab.

  6. Click Link iconShare on the upper-right of the page.

  7. Click Disable link.

  1. Open the mobile app.

  2. Tap on Issues iconIssues at the bottom of your screen. If you see Training iconTraining at the bottom of your screen, tap Assets gallery view iconMore and select Issues iconIssues.

  3. Tap the issue with the report you want to view and share.

  4. In the issue profile, tap image on the upper-right corner.

  5. Select Download iconView report. The report opens in your default browser.

  6. Tap Link iconShare on the upper-right of your screen.

  7. Tap Disable link. Disable issue report link via the mobile app.
