Learn how to manage your organization’s navigation in the web app to create a more organized workspace for your team.What does it mean to manage navigation for your organization?
Managing navigation means organizing and customizing your workspace's main menu so your team can quickly access the features they use most. This helps everyone stay focused and minimizes clutter by keeping essential features within easy reach.
You can control which features appear on the navigation bar and sidebar by customizing them for both the web and mobile apps. Highlight frequently used features and move less important ones into the More menu to keep navigation simple and focused.
Manage the navigation settings
Click your organization name on the lower-left corner of the page and select Paramètres de l'organisation.
Click
Modifier on the upper-right of the "Navigation" section.
Check the features you want to display on the web app’s sidebar and the mobile app’s navigation bar, and uncheck those you’d like to keep under More.
Click and hold
on the left-hand side of the feature to drag and drop it into your desired location.
Click Enregistrer les modifications.
For mobile app users, navigation changes will appear only after fully closing and reopening the app a few times.
