Approuver les inspections

Découvrez comment approuver les inspections de votre équipe à partir de l'application Web et de l'application portable.

Vous aurez besoin

To approve inspections on the mobile app, users must be on version 24.23 and above.

Approuver une inspection

  1. Log in to the web app.

  2. Select Inspections from the menu on the left-hand side.

  3. Click Continuer on the inspection's right-hand side.

  4. After reviewing the inspection, navigate to the approval page and answer the questions accordingly.

  5. Click Complete to approve the inspection.

  6. The user will be notified that their inspection has been approved. Please note that approval notifications are subject to the recipients' notification settings.

  1. Open the mobile app.

  2. Tap Inspections at the bottom of your screen.

  3. Select En cours et terminées tab at the top of your screen.

  4. Tap the inspection and select Continue inspection.

  5. Navigate to the approval page and answer the questions accordingly.

  6. Tap Complete to approve the inspection.

  7. The user will be notified that their inspection has been approved. Please note that approval notifications are subject to the recipients' notification settings.

Once an inspection with an approval page is approved, it can’t be marked as incomplete.
