Cómo ver el número total de inspecciones en Estadísticas

Los datos

Este gráfico muestra la puntuación media de las inspecciones de cada día, semana, mes, trimestre o año, según cómo haya aplicado su filtro de período de fecha.

Visualización

De forma predeterminada, el gráfico se visualiza como un gráfico de líneas. Pero puede convertirlo en un gráfico de barras alternando la visualización en la parte superior derecha del gráfico.

Exportar gráfico

Si necesita el gráfico para fines de informes, puede exportar el gráfico como un archivo de imagen haciendo clic en Exportar en la parte superior derecha de la página y seleccionando Exportar.

Ver inspecciones que contienen elementos señalados

Puede interactuar con el gráfico para identificar qué inspecciones específicas lograron el promedio en un día, semana, mes, trimestre o año, pasando el cursor sobre el punto o la barra para ver la puntuación media en la ventana emergente y haciendo clic en VER INSPECCIONES. Este acción enumera todas las inspecciones dentro del período seleccionado que contienen elementos señalados, y que puede exportar a través de la opción VER INSPECCIONES en la esquina superior derecha de la página.

The data

This table by default breaks down the number of inspections conducted by inspection owners and details the inspections conducted within each period, the total number of inspections conducted over the period of time, and the average duration of inspections. If you want to view the total number by other metrics, you can also sort the table with the following elements by clicking the down arrow on the upper-left corner of the table.

Author: The user who last edited the inspection.

Region: The region of an inspection's selected site.

Area: The area of an inspection's selected site.

Site: The selected site of an inspection.

Template: The template of an inspection.

If you would want to view the number of inspections conducted for each template, you can do so by clicking the multiple table columns icon on the upper-right corner of the page to add an additional column.

Export table

If you require the table for reporting purposes, you can export the table as a CSV file by clicking Exportar on the upper-right of the page and selecting Tabla en CSV.

View all inspections

If you want to see the total number of inspections based on how you sorted the table, you can do so by clicking either the sorting label or the total number of inspections on the right-hand side of the row. This lists all the inspections based on the sorting, which you can export via the Exportar option on the upper-right corner of the page.

View inspections based on minimum, average, or maximum score

If you want to see only the inspections that achieved a specific minimum, average, or maximum score on a day, week, month, quarter, or year, you can do so by clicking the score percentage in the table. This lists all the inspections, which you can export via the Exportar option on the upper-right corner of the page.
