Manage lesson slides

Learn how to manage your lesson slides via the web app.

Duplicate a lesson slide

  1. Log in to the web app.

  2. Select Training iconTraining from the menu on the left-hand side.

  3. If you're on the "Learn" page, click Content at the top of the page and select Courses.

  4. Create a new course or click View or Edit on an existing one.

  5. If you're editing an existing course and it's published, click Edit iconEdit on the upper-right of the page.

  6. Create a new lesson or click an existing one. If you need some help to get started, you can create a lesson or lesson slide using AI.

  7. Navigate to the lesson slide you want to duplicate and click image next to the lesson slide title. Displays how to duplicate a lesson slide.

  8. Click Duplicate.

Reorder lesson slides

  1. Log in to the web app.

  2. Select Training iconTraining from the menu on the left-hand side.

  3. If you're on the "Learn" page, click Content at the top of the page and select Courses.

  4. Create a new course or click View or Edit on an existing one.

  5. If you're editing an existing course and it's published, click Edit iconEdit on the upper-right of the page.

  6. Create a new lesson or click an existing one. If you need some help to get started, you can create a lesson or lesson slide using AI.

  7. Select the relevant lesson slide and use your cursor to drag and drop the lesson slide to your desired order.

If your course is currently a draft, remember to publish it to make your changes available to your team.
