Change my account username

Learn how to change your SafetyCulture account username via the web app.

What you'll need

If you have the "Platform management: Users" permission, you can also change account usernames for your users.

Change your username

  1. Log in to the web app.

  2. Click your username on the lower-left corner of the page and select Profile settings.

  3. Click Edit iconEdit in the "Details" box.

  4. Update the "First name" and "Last name" fields accordingly.

  5. Click Save changes.
