Warum sollten Dateien in Dokumenten mit anderen Funktionen verknüpft werden?
Durch das Verknüpfen bleibt eine einzige Quelle der Wahrheit für Dateien in Dokumenten, während sie in anderen Bereichen von SafetyCulture verfügbar gemacht werden, wie z. B. Assets, Heads Ups, Schulungs kurse, Vorlagen und Inspektionen. Wenn Dateien über Arbeitsabläufe hinweg verknüpft bleiben, wird sichergestellt, dass Teams immer auf die neueste Version zugreifen, während Duplikate von Dateien reduziert werden. Sie können beispielsweise ein Sicherheitsverfahren oder ein Zertifikat einmal in Dokumente verknüpfen und es an mehreren Orten, für Geräte oder Teams verwenden, während Sie die Dateien an einem Ort verwalten.
Die Dateiverknüpfung wird bald auf weitere SafetyCulture-Funktionen ausgeweitet! Sie können wichtige Dateien jetzt in Dokumente organisieren und sie dann verknüpfen, wenn neue Funktionen dies unterstützen.
Where can you link files?
You can link files from Documents via the web app. The following table shows where linking is supported, what file types you can link, and what happens to linked files.
