Was sind öffentliche Kursvorschau-Links?

Öffentliche Kursvorschau-Links sind URLs, die Sie für jeden Kurs erstellen können. Dies sind öffentliche Links, die Sie mit anderen teilen können, indem Sie entweder einen QR-Code erstellen oder den Link kopieren, sodass diese den Kurs in einem Webbrowser anzeigen können.

Einstellungen für öffentliche Kursvorschau-Links verwalten

  1. Log in to the web app.

  2. Select Training iconSchulung from the menu on the left-hand side.

  3. Click Symbol für Einstellungen on the upper-right corner of the page.

  4. Select Inhalt and manage the following advanced settings:

    • Enable sharing public preview links: Select this checkbox to allow anyone to generate and share public preview links of courses. If you deselect this checkbox, anyone who previously had preview links cannot use them to preview courses anymore.

    • Link expiration: Set no expiration date or specify an expiration date for all public preview links across your organization.
