Was Sie brauchen

View an assigned action

  1. Log in to the web app.

  2. Select Actions iconAktionen from the menu on the left-hand side.

  3. Click Single user / person iconMir zugewiesen at the top of the page.

  4. Select the action you want to view.

  5. In the side panel, select any of the following tabs:

    • Einzelheiten: Use this tab to view the primary details about the action. You can also scroll down to see if the action came from an inspection, action, issue, or inspection report. View an assigned action via the web app.

    • Aktivität: Use this tab to view any changes made to the action, including comments and media. You cannot edit or delete action activity items. View action activity items via the web app.

  1. Open the mobile app.

  2. Tap Actions iconAktionen at the bottom of your screen.

  3. At the top of your screen, next to image, swipe to the right and tap Mir zugewiesen. View an assigned action via the mobile app.

  4. Select the action you want to view.

  5. Tap any of the following tabs:

    • Einzelheiten: Use this tab to view the primary details about the action. You can also scroll down to see if the action came from an inspection, action, issue, or inspection report

    • Aktivität: Use this tab to view any changes made to the action, including comments and media. You cannot edit or delete action activity items.
