Gérer les documents de société

Découvrez comment gérer les documents de sociétés à partir de l'application Web.

Create a document type

  1. Log in to the web app.

  2. Select Contractors iconEntrepreneurs from the menu on the left-hand side.

  3. Click Icône des paramètresParamètres on the upper right-hand side of the page.

  4. In the "Document types" tab, click Icône plusAdd document type. Créer un type de document à partir de l'application Web.

  5. Enter a name for the document type and click Créer.

Vous pouvez ajouter jusqu'à 50 Mo de fichiers PEG/JPG, PNG, PDF et DOCX en tant que documents de société.

Add a company document

  1. Log in to the web app.

  2. Select Contractors iconEntrepreneurs from the menu on the left-hand side.

  3. Select a company.

  4. Click Documents tab in the company profile.

  5. Click Icône plusAjouter des documents on the upper-right of the page, then select the document you want to upload.Add a company document via the web app.

Modifier un document de société

  1. Log in to the web app.

  2. Select Contractors iconEntrepreneurs from the menu on the left-hand side.

  3. Select a company.

  4. Click Documents tab in the company profile.

  5. Click More horizontal icon on the right-hand side of the document you want to edit.

  6. Select Plus icon Ajouter nouvelle version or Pencil iconModifier la dernière version to create a new document or update an existing one. Edit a company document via the web app.

  7. Edit the document accordingly.

  8. Click Enregistrer et fermer.

Archiver un document de société

  1. Log in to the web app.

  2. Select Contractors iconEntrepreneurs from the menu on the left-hand side.

  3. Select a company.

  4. Click Documents tab in the company profile.

  5. Click More horizontal icon on the right-hand side of the document you want to archive and select Storage iconArchiver. Archive a company document via the web app.

Restore an archived company document

  1. Log in to the web app.

  2. Select Contractors iconEntrepreneurs from the menu on the left-hand side.

  3. Select a company.

  4. Click Documents tab in the company profile.

  5. Click More horizontal icon on the upper-right of the page, then select Storage iconView archive. Afficher les archives des documents de la société via l'application Web.

  6. Click More horizontal icon on the right-hand side of the document you want to restore and select Arrow up from rectangle iconRestaurer document.

You can narrow down companies with documents that are expired, expiring soon, or pending approval from the company profile to quickly focus on what needs attention.
