Comment activer ou désactiver les alertes critiques pour les observations à l'aide de l'application portable ?

Qu'est-ce qu'une alerte critique ?

Il peut arriver que certaines personnes doivent être informées dès qu'un évènement important se produit. Avec les Alertes critiques, vous pouvez configurer des notifications pour chaque catégorie d'observation afin d'informer les personnes en cas d'incidents graves, même si leur appareil mobile est en silencieux ou que le mode Ne pas déranger est activé.

Vous aurez besoin

Selon l'appareil que vous utilisez, assurez-vous que la version de son système d'exploitation est supportée :

  • Android : Android 9.0 ou supérieur

  • iOS : iOS/iPadOS 15.0 ou supérieur

Enable or disable Critical Alerts for issues

  1. Open the mobile app.

  2. Tap User (clear) iconPlus at the lower-right corner of your screen.

  3. Select Paramètres.

  4. Select Notifications.

  5. Select Push.

  6. Tap Ouvrir les paramètres under "Critical Alerts". This will take you to the notification settings for Critical Alerts for issues on your Android device.

  7. Customize the notification for Critical Alerts accordingly:

    • Disable Critical Alerts: Toggle off notifications.

    • Enable Critical Alerts: Toggle on notifications. Please note that permissions for sound and ignoring or overriding Do Not Disturb mode must be granted for Critical Alerts to be successfully received. Enable or disable Critical Alerts via Android device settings.

  1. Open the mobile app.

  2. Tap User (clear) iconPlus at the lower-right corner of your screen.

  3. Select Paramètres.

  4. Scroll to the "NOTIFICATIONS" section.

  5. Select Push.

  6. Tap Ouvrir les paramètres under "Critical Alerts". This will take you to the notification settings for the SafetyCulture mobile app on your iOS device.

  7. Enable or disable the notification for Critical Alerts accordingly. Enable or disable Critical Alerts via iOS device settings.
