Share onboarding workflows

Give workers access to onboarding workflows using enrollment links via the web app, allowing them to start required training and submit credentials right away.

What are onboarding workflows in SafetyCulture?

Onboarding workflows is a feature within SafetyCulture Training that helps you guide your workers through the steps they need to complete before starting their roles. These often include completing required training courses and submitting credentials.

You can share onboarding workflows directly with workers using enrollment links, allowing them to access the workflow to complete training and submit credentials without delays. As workers move through the workflow, you can track their progress and confirm that all requirements have been met, giving you confidence that your team has the right skills, knowledge, and qualifications to work safely and stay compliant.

What you'll need

Share enrollment links when creating an onboarding workflow to kick off your team’s onboarding journey right away.

Log in to the web app.
Select Training from the menu on the left-hand side.
Click Onboard at the top of the page.
Click an onboarding workflow.
Click Link at the top of the page.
In the pop-up window, select who can access the onboarding workflow:
- Only assigned users: Only users that have been assigned can access using this link.
- Anyone with the link: Anyone on the internet with the link can sign up to your organization and enroll. To manage the enrollment link settings, click Manage settings at the bottom of the dropdown menu.
Click to copy the link or click Download QR code to download a QR code of the onboarding workflow.
