View course change logs

Learn how to view course change logs via the web app.

What are course change logs?

Course change logs help track all the changes made to your training courses. Each change done to your published course is automatically recorded, including the date, the user responsible for the changes, and the specific action taken to ensure you maintain a detailed record of all course updates.

What you'll need

View a course’s change log

  1. Log in to the web app.

  2. Select Training iconTraining from the menu on the left-hand side.

  3. If you're on the "Learn" page, click Content at the top of the page and select Courses.

  4. Select the course you want to view.

  5. Clickimageon the upper-right side of the page.

  6. In the dropdown menu, click Noteboard iconChange log to view the log of changes done to the course. Go to a course's change log via the web app.
