Why create start inspection QR codes?

We believe starting inspections should be simple and easy for everyone. With SafetyCulture, you can create QR codes for your team members to scan and start inspections easily on their mobile devices.

What you'll need

Start inspection QR codes only support the mobile app. You can create web app deep links for your team members to start inspections via the web app.

Create a QR code

  1. Log in to the web app.

  2. Select Templates iconTemplates from the left-hand side menu.

  3. Click image on the right-hand side of the template and select QR code iconCreate QR code. Create a QR code via the web app.

  4. In the pop-up window, click Download iconDownload QR code on the bottom of the page. If you prefer to use a link, click Copy content iconCopy link to copy it. Download a QR code via the web app.

  5. Print the QR code or share the link so your team members can start inspections easily.

To scan a start inspection QR code, team members must have access to the template and have the SafetyCulture mobile app installed on their mobile device.
