Delete issue categories

Learn how to delete issue categories via the web app.

Take note

  • Deleting an issue category does not affect issues already reported under that category.

Deleting is irreversible, and we cannot restore permanently deleted items. Confirmation is always required before any deletion, so be sure you're not accidentally deleting the wrong item.

Delete an issue category

  1. Log in to the web app.

  2. Select Issues iconIssues from the menu on the left-hand side.

  3. Select Categories at the top of the page.

  4. Click image on the right-hand side of the category.

  5. Click delete Delete iconDelete category.

  6. In the pop-up window, click Delete category.
