Why add my mobile number to my SafetyCulture (formerly iAuditor) account?

Adding your mobile number to your SafetyCulture account unlocks an additional channel to be notified. Learn how to enable SMS notifications once you've added your mobile number.

What you'll need

Take note

  • Verification is always required when you add a mobile number to your account.

  • You can only delete your mobile number from your account via the web app.

  • If you want to change your current mobile number, you'll need to delete it first and then add the new number.

Add your mobile number

  1. Log in to the web app.

  2. Click your username on the lower-left corner of the page and select My Profile.

  3. Click Edit iconEdit in the "Mobile number" box.

  4. Select your region and enter your mobile number.

  5. Click Save and send verification code. This sends a six-digit verification code to your mobile number as a text message.

  6. Enter the verification code.

  7. Click Verify.

  1. Open the mobile app.

  2. Tap Assets gallery view iconMore at the lower-right corner of your screen.

  3. Select Settings > Notifications > SMS.

  4. Turn "Enable SMS notifications" on.

  5. At the bottom of your screen, tap VERIFY NUMBER.

  6. In the web page, tap Notifications, below your username. You may be asked to log in to SafetyCulture.

  7. Tap Edit iconEdit in the "Mobile number" box.

  8. Select your region and enter your mobile number.

  9. Tap Save and send verification code. This sends a six-digit verification code to your mobile number as a text message.

  10. Enter the verification code.

  11. Tap Verify.

  1. Open the mobile app.

  2. Tap Assets gallery view iconMore at the lower-right corner of your screen.

  3. Select Settings > SMS.

  4. Tap Add number now.

  5. In the web page, tap Notifications, below your username. You may be asked to log in to SafetyCulture.

  6. Tap Edit iconEdit in the "Mobile number" box.

  7. Select your region and enter your mobile number.

  8. Tap Save and send verification code. This sends a six-digit verification code to your mobile number as a text message.

  9. Enter the verification code.

  10. Tap Verify.

Remove your mobile number

  1. Log in to the web app.

  2. Click your username on the lower-left corner of the page and select My Profile.

  3. Click Edit iconEdit in the "Mobile number" box.

  4. In the pop-up window, click Delete phone number.

You can only delete your mobile number from your account via the web app.
