Download Heads Ups as CSV

Learn how to download individual or all Heads Ups as CSV files via the web app for a complete overview of views, acknowledgements, and assignees.

Download Heads Up list as CSV

  1. Log in to the web app.

  2. Click Heads Up iconHeads Up from the menu on the left-hand side.

  3. Select Manage Heads Up at the top of the page.

  4. Filter the Heads Up list to narrow down the results.

  5. Click More vertical icon on the upper-right of the list and select Download iconDownload CSV. Download Heads Up list to CSV via the web app.

  6. This downloads all Heads Up results as a CSV file, following any applied filters.

Download individual Heads Up as CSV

  1. Log in to the web app.

  2. Click Heads Up iconHeads Up from the menu on the left-hand side.

  3. Select Manage Heads Up at the top of the page.

  4. Select a Heads Up.

  5. Filter the Heads Up list to narrow down the results.

  6. Click More vertical icon on the upper-right of the page and select Download iconDownload CSV. Download individual Heads Up to CSV via the web app.

  7. This downloads all Heads Up details as a CSV file, following any applied filters.

The title of a Heads Up.

Author

The user who created a Heads Up.

Publish date

The date when a Heads Up was created.

Assigned users count

The number of users that are assigned a Heads Up.

Viewed count

The number of times that a Heads Up was viewed.

Acknowledged count

The number of times that a Heads Up was acknowledged.

Individual Heads Up

Name

The name of the assignees of a Heads Up.

Email

The email of the assignees of a Heads Up.

Status

The acknowledgment status of a Heads Up. Either "Acknowledged" or "Not acknowledged".

Viewed

The date and time a Heads Up was viewed.

Acknowledged

The date and time a Heads Up was acknowledged.

Frequently asked questions

This usually happens because of the regional settings in your spreadsheet program. To fix it, set the delimiter to a comma so the values are correctly separated into columns. You can follow the Microsoft Excel guide or the Google Sheets guide to adjust your settings.
