Make notes and media attachments required for actions
Select Actions from the menu on the left-hand side.
Click
Settings on the top of the page.Click the status or
on the right-hand side.In the side panel under the "Require evidence" section, select which evidence type you want to make required accordingly.
Click Save and apply.
