Delete Global Response Sets

Learn how to delete Global Response Sets (GRS) via the web app.

What you'll need

Take note

  • Deleting GRSs is permanent and irreversible.

  • We cannot restore permanently deleted items. Deletion always requires confirmation, so be sure that you're not accidentally deleting the wrong GRS.

Delete a Global Response Set (GRS)

  1. Log in to the web app.

  2. Select Templates from the menu on the left-hand side.

  3. Select Responses from the tab on the top of the page.

  4. Click image on the GRS's right-hand side and select Delete iconDelete.

  5. In the pop-up window, click Delete response set. If the GRS is still being used, you'll need to unselect the GRS in each template, then repeat from step 4.
