Change my account email

Learn how to change your SafetyCulture account email via the web app.

If you're in multiple organizations, please contact our customer support team for assistance in changing your account email.

Change your email

  1. Log in to the web app.

  2. Click your username on the lower-left corner of the page and select My Profile.

  3. Click Settings iconSettings on the upper-right of the page.

  4. Click Pencil iconEdit in the "Details" section.

  5. Update the "Email" field accordingly. Edit the email for your SafetyCulture account via the web app.

  6. Click Save changes to send out a confirmation email to the new address. We recommend that you stay logged in and check your email inbox for an email titled "SafetyCulture Email Address Change Confirmation".

  7. Once you've received the email, click Confirm my new email in the email.

  8. If you're still logged in to the web app, this confirms the email change immediately. Otherwise, log in with your old email address to confirm the email change.

If you're not receiving the confirmation email from support@safetyculture.com, please check your email's spam or junk box. If you still can't find the email, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

Frequently asked questions

If you recently changed your account email and can't log in with the new one, you might have missed confirming the email sent to your old email address.

To fix this:

  1. Log in to the web app using your old email address.

  2. Open your email and check your inbox for a message with the subject "SafetyCulture Email Address Change Confirmation".

  3. Open the email and click Confirm my new email to complete the update.
