Was Sie brauchen

Das Löschen ist nicht rückgängig zu machen, und wir können dauerhaft gelöschte Objekte nicht wiederherstellen. Vor dem Löschen ist immer eine Bestätigung erforderlich, um sicherzustellen, dass Sie nicht versehentlich das falsche Objekt löschen.

Delete a document from an asset

Log in to the web app.
Select Assets from the menu on the left-hand side.
You can choose how you want to view your assets by selecting Tabelle, Galerie, or Karte on the upper-right of the page. You can also filter by type or site.
Search and select the asset.
In Übersicht, go to the "Documents" section.
Click on the right-hand of the file, and then select Löschen.
In the pop-up window, click Löschen.
Alternatively, click Dokumente at the center of the page.

In the pop-up window, click Löschen.

Open the mobile app.
Tap Mehr at the lower-right corner of your screen.
Select Assets from the list of options.
Filter your assets by type or site or search for the asset.
Tap the asset.
Tap Medien.
Tap on the right-side of the document.
In the pop-up menu, tap Löschen.
Tap Löschen to confirm.

Delete an image from an asset

Select Assets from the menu on the left-hand side.

Search and select the asset.

Select the image.
Click on the upper-right of the page.
In the pop-up window, click Löschen.
Alternatively, click Bilder at the center of the page.
Select the image.
Click on the upper-right of the page.
In the pop-up window, click Löschen.

Open the mobile app.
Tap Mehr at the lower-right corner of your screen.
Select Assets from the list of options.
Filter your assets by type or site or search for the asset.
Tap the asset.
Tap Medien, and then select an image.
Tap at the lower-left of your screen.
on the right-side of the document.
In the pop-up menu, tap Löschen.

Unlink a file from an asset

Log in to the web app.
Select Assets from the menu on the left-hand side.
You can choose how you want to view your assets by selecting Tabelle, Galerie, or Karte on the upper-right of the page. You can also filter by type or site.
Search and select the asset.
In Übersicht, go to the "Documents" section.
Click on the right-hand of the file, and then select Entfernen.
In the pop-up window, click Entfernen.
Alternatively, click Dokumente at the center of the page.

In the pop-up window, click Entfernen.
