Alleinarbeiter-Job starten und abschließen

Erfahren Sie, wie Sie über die Mobile-App mit Alleinarbeitsaufträgen beginnen und diese abschließen können.

You can only start a lone-work job if you’ve been added to a group with alert escalations set up. If you can’t start a job, please contact your administrator for assistance.

Start and complete a lone-work job

  1. Open the mobile app.

  2. Tap Start at the bottom of your screen.

  3. Tap image at the lower-right of your screen and select Location iconStart lone work.

  4. Enter the following job details:

    • Job type: Select the job type.

    • Duration: Select how long the job will take.

    • Location: Pin the job location using the map.

    • Location notes: Provide additional details about your location.

  5. Tap Start work .

  6. While a job is in progress, you can view your current location and check the duration of your job. If applicable, tap Check in to reset the countdown for your next check-in.

  7. If the job is taking longer than expected, tap Extend to extend the job duration.

  8. When the job is done, tap Complete and tap Bestätigen in the pop-up window.

  9. If something goes wrong at your job, tap and hold Panic for 3 seconds to manually trigger a panic.

  10. In case a panic was triggered by mistake, tap Stop panic. In the pop-up window, select a reason to cancel the panic:

    • Thumbs up iconFalse alarm: The panic was triggered by mistake.

    • Clock iconNear miss: A potential event was avoided just in time.

    • Incident iconIncident: An actual event that required attention occurred.

  11. In the pop-up window, tap Fertig.

If you fail to check in, extend, or complete the job by the end of the set duration, a panic will trigger automatically.
