SafetyCulture mobile app inspection error troubleshooting guide

Take a look at the error messages you may come across for inspections on the SafetyCulture mobile app and learn how to resolve each error.

Retry syncing an inspection

  1. Open the mobile app.

  2. Tap Inspections in the navigation bar or select it from Assets gallery viewMore .

  3. Select In Progress & Complete tab at the top of your screen.

  4. Inspections with errors should appear at the top of the list.

  5. Tap the inspection, and then tap Retry .Retry syncing an inspection via the mobile app.

  6. Depending on the error, the retry may succeed. If retrying continues to fail, please refer to the inspection errors outlined in this article and resolve the error accordingly.
