Archiver les champs utilisateurs

Découvrez comment archiver les champs utilisateurs de votre organisation à partir de l'application Web.

Vous aurez besoin

Archiving a user field will hide it across SafetyCulture and remove it from user profiles. Restoring the field will retain the details you've added.

To permanently remove a user field and all its associated details, you can delete the field instead.

Archive a user field

  1. Log in to the web app.

  2. Click your organization name on the lower-left corner of the page and select Utilisateurs.

  3. Click image on the upper-right corner of the page and select Users tag iconManage user fields.

  4. Click image on the right of the user field you want to edit, then select Storage iconArchive.

  5. In the pop-up window, click Archive.
