Approve or reject company documents

Learn how to approve or reject company documents via the web app.

Turn on the company document approvals setting to allow company managers to review and approve documents submitted by key contacts in the company profile.

Approve a company document

  1. Log in to the web app.

  2. Click your organization name on the lower-left of the page and select Empresas.

  3. Select a company.

  4. Click Documentos tab in the company profile.

  5. Select a document and review it accordingly.

  6. Click Aprobar on the left-hand side panel.

Reject a company document

  1. Log in to the web app.

  2. Click your organization name on the lower-left of the page and select Empresas.

  3. Select a company.

  4. Click Documentos tab in the company profile.

  5. Select a document and review it accordingly.

  6. Click Rechazar on the left-hand side panel.

  7. In the pop-up window, enter a reason for rejection.

  8. Click Rechazar.
